What is JULO?
JULO is a financial technology company that is working on a financial super app. We started off with the lending arm and have excelled at it. Hundreds of thousands of Indonesians now use JULO apps to get access to a decent credit product. We are now tapping into other financial territories, to eventually provide a one stop financial solution to all Indonesians. It's our mission to help millions of Indonesians get a better life. Our realization is by holding several regular events that JULOvers enjoy such as JULO Olympics (sports competition), outing, eating and watching movies together. Office Facilities
JULO provides various facilities such as Laptop Ownership Program, counseling sessions to support your mental wellness collaborating with AMI, Annual Medical Check-up (MCU), JULO ONE for JULOvers (free-interest digital credit), and paid training for your self-development.
Salary and Allowance
Fully underwrite the obligation to pay taxes and BPJS (both Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan), as well as holiday allowances. We also provide private health insurance with various and adequate facilities. You will also get an annual bonus, spot bonus, allowances for your life milestones (marriage, childbirth, and death), referral bonus if you refer your friend through Employee Referral Program, 15 days annual leave, maternity leave and other leave entitlements.
