Document Verification Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You are the face of JULO.
  • Review document and verify the validity of customer’s employment.
  • Make outbound calls to employers via phone to confirm customer’s employment and obtain required verification.
    • Contact customers to explain the loan process and request employment documentation as needed.
    • Reply to customers questions and inquiries received through email.
    • Handling customer’s complaint by providing/ explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to help grow JULO exponentially.


You should have

  • Fast and strong computer skill
  • Strong phone, communication and verification skill.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, in a fast-paced start-up environment, achieving high volume, while maintaining quality.
  • 1+ year experience in Verification, Customer Service, or equivalent area.
